GemIIni DVM™ focuses on teaching effective communication and social skills through an online, video-based, user-friendly 2.0 web style platform that harnesses the ability of autistic children to memorize 2-dimensional images.  Initial testing has been documented in film and has been extremely encouraging.  Children have learned in just a few hours what they weren’t able to learn in months or years of one-on-one instruction.  As autistic people avoid looking directly at a speaker’s face, they lose much of the normal learning process of mimicking articulation in speech. The GemIIni DVM™ system makes learning proper articulation much easier as it allows the autistic user to look directly at the face and mouth.
